RETURN POLICY

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since arrival of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t accept returns.

If the product itself is defective, or if we make a mistake with an order, we’re here to help and have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Under these conditions, our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that clearance products at 50% off or more, giveaway products, custom products or products purchased with a discount coupon are final sale and can only be exchanged if they are defective.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts not due to our error is not eligible for return. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery nor for customer mistakes (e.g. ordering to the wrong address, or an address that can not receive mail).

Returns (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection.

Exchanges 

If your product arrives defective or damaged it will be deemed eligible for exchange for the same non-defective product.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary depending on a variety of factors, including customs processing times.

We require trackable, insured shipping for returns or exchanges to ensure reception of your package.

While the vast majority of countries we ship to do not charge customs fees or duties, given that we ship worldwide, we can not guarantee that every country will not. It is the customer’s responsibility to look into if customs fees or duties are charged on international shipments to their country. Payment of any customs fees or duties are not our responsibility.
Coupons
Only one coupon can be applied per order, coupons can not be combined. Coupons MUST be used at the time of checkout to be applied to an order. Coupons can not be applied to an order after an order is made.
Cancellations:
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and ONLY if they have not yet been shipped.
Restocking Fee:
All approved refunds will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
