Refund policy
We offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our products email us within 30 days of receipt, mail back the unused portions and we will issue a full refund once we receive the product back at our facility.
Returns accepted if the product is defective or damaged or not as described within 15 days of the purchase date for a refund of the purchase price, will be processed and issued to you via PayPal or original payment method, within 5-7 business days.
NOTE:
we have only natural sea moss, it’s normal to find shells or sand or crabs or other ocean creatures, ocean salt, ocean smell, and ocean taste do not make it defective.
we do not sell farmed seamoss, so it is normal to have small and medium pieces of seamoss.
CANCELLATION (if applicable)
Cancellation of orders can only be made 6 hours after the order was placed. Beyond that, we will not be able to cancel the order since it has already started production. When it arrives, you may refuse shipment which allows it to “return back sender”. Once we receive it, a refund will be generated back to the payment on file. Please note: shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
WRONG ADDRESS
The purchaser is responsible for making sure that the shipping address entered is a secure address. We cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor can we interact with the shipping company to locate your lost package, if the tracking information says it was delivered or is in route to the shipping address. If the shipping company shows the package as having been delivered, then we will assume that it was delivered and that something must have happened to the package at its destination.
An order does not qualify for a refund if a package comes back to us as “insufficient” or “wrong address” or “No Secure Location Available”
